The art of Cake....
Cake Art Collective is the studio of Lisa Davidge, based in Ringwood on the edge of the New Forest. For me, cake has always been a creative medium — a way to sculpt, paint, and bring ideas to life. Every piece I make is designed and finished entirely by hand.
I also love sharing that creativity through hands-on decorating classes at Belinda's Tearooms in Fordingbridge — whether you're a complete beginner or looking to develop your own artistic skills.

I'm Lisa. I've spent over a decade making cakes — sculpting, painting, and building things that people don't want to cut into.
I also teach. My classes are for anyone who wants to learn the craft, whether you're picking up a palette knife for the first time or refining your technique.
